Shipping from Japan

TSUNAGU ships from Japan. Ready-to-ship orders are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order items may require additional production time as stated on the product page. We mainly use Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

International Shipping Fee

International shipping is generally JPY 3,000 per item. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

United States

TSUNAGU covers customs duties and customs-clearance fees for orders shipped to the United States. State or local sales/use taxes and other charges not classified as customs duties or clearance fees are excluded unless expressly stated at checkout.

Other International Destinations

Orders outside the United States are generally shipped DAP. Import duties, VAT/GST, customs-clearance fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless collected at checkout as required by law.

Customs and Delivery Delays

Customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may delay delivery.

One-of-a-Kind Vintage Materials

Many TSUNAGU products use one-of-a-kind vintage kimono and Japanese textiles. Materials reserved for TSUNAGU production may be removed from other sales channels to prevent duplicate sales.
